THIS IS MINE LIFE SPEAKER GIVEAWAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
The This Is Mine Life Speaker Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are at least 18 years old, or 16 years old with parental or legal guardian consent, as of the date of participation. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate in this giveaway.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The giveaway will take place during live events where This is Mine Life is activating. At Skills Ontario (May 6 & 7, 2024), 100 daily participants will be selected and receive a Bluetooth speaker. At the Dream Big Sudbury Conference (May 1, 2024), 50 participants will be selected over the duration of the conference.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, attendees at Dream Big Sudbury Conference and Skills Ontario must enter their information on the This Is Mine Life website for a chance to receive a Bluetooth speaker. Submissions will close at 7:00 PM on May 1st for the Dream Big Sudbury Conference and at 2:00 PM on May 6th and 2:00 PM on May 7th for the Skills Ontario event. Selected participants will be contacted via email and must collect their speaker at the This Is Mine Life booth during the event.
NOTIFICATION
Selected participants will be contacted via email with instructions to collect their free Bluetooth speaker at the This Is Mine Life exhibit booth. It is the participant's responsibility to check their email and respond in order to claim their speaker.
PRIZE COLLECTION
To collect the Bluetooth speaker, selected participants must present a valid photo ID at the This Is Mine Life exhibit booth. Speakers must be claimed during the event hours on the day of notification. Unclaimed speakers will not be redistributed.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms. This Is Mine Life reserves the right to change the terms or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. All decisions by This Is Mine Life regarding the giveaway are final.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and shall not be used for any other purpose without consent. By accepting the Bluetooth speaker, participants agree to the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
LIABILITY
This Is Mine Life is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions, including data entered by participants.
GOVERNING LAW
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
