Our Construction Labourer is responsible for installing materials for cathodic protection installation construction service projects. This position collaborates with the foreman and/or project manager to review field files and understand the job requirements for materials and installations. This role builds and maintains continuous and profitable working relationships with our customers.

What You'll Do:

· Notify construction foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest possible alternatives

· Participate in weekly toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits

· Attend company-sponsored safety training seminars and educational programs

· Document deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to the construction foreman

· Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times, and report vehicle and equipment maintenance requirements to construction foreman

· Additional duties as assigned

What We Need from You:

· Minimum of 200 hours construction experience in the oil & gas industry

· Must be able to operate a 5-speed manual vehicle as well as a 1 ton vehicle

· Must be capable of hooking up a trailer hitch

· Successful completion of pre-employment drug & medical testing is a condition of employment

· Class 5 Driver's License with reasonable Driver's Abstract required; Class 1 license is a plus

· Ability to travel (including overnight travel) and work overtime on a regular basis, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift 50 lbs regularly

· Travel (shifts: 10 and 4 or 11 and 3)
