*Branch/Sales Manager-Edmonton, Alberta*
Maxsys Staffing is searching for a natural leader who is ready to make an impact by leading day to day operations of our Edmonton, Alberta branch. Along with managing the branch and internal employees, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and connecting with new prospects on a daily basis as well as developing long lasting relationships with existing clients.
The Branch Manager ensures operational excellence and financial performance is maintained and profit margins and revenue goals are achieved.
*Responsibilities Include: *
* You must have a “Hunter” mentality, identifying and qualifying new prospects. You should be constantly seeking out and bringing in new business in and around the Edmonton areas
* Execute branch sales strategy by sourcing, prospecting and qualifying new leads and closing new business on a weekly/monthly basis.
* Work with the service team to manage and maintain current client relationship
* Hire, manage, train and coach your team of branch staff
* Work with your employees to set performance goals, expectations and professional development plans.
* Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L).
* Accurate and detailed entry of activities into our CRM system
* Represent Maxsys in a professional manner with all prospects and clients
* Accurately develop and execute a strategy for Territory management and communication with clients and internal staff

* A skilled listener and communicator
* Self-motivated and energetic
* Organized with attention to detail
* Strong selling skills to close around objections.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take charge and complete objectives.
* Entrepreneurial orientation, customer focus and strong work ethic.
* Pro-active thinker
* Excellent prospecting, resourcefulness, communication, presentation and networking skills
* Must enjoy B2B face to face cold-calling and speaking with people
* Experience dealing directly with small to mid-sized, local business owners and decision makers
* Experience closing in a fast sales cycle
