Field Services

Bell’s Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell’s network for our residential and business customers. With innovative technology and leading edge management practices, our new grads get the opportunity to be part of a team that strives to achieve operational excellence and deliver the best customer experience in Canada.

Field Services offers two streams for new graduates to launch their career.

Technology Operations
New Grads discover their niche by exploring a wide range of fields in Operations. They develop their analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills by leading cross-functional projects and teams to drive business efficiency, guide strategy and implement change across operations.

Grads work in various roles such as operations, project management, strategic planning, process optimization and analytics. They receive specialized leadership training and have the opportunity to manage a front line team.

Business Intelligence
New Grads manage and optimize the largest data set in Canada to provide actionable insights to influence business decisions and key technology investments across the operations. The BI program is your opportunity to get customized, extensive training in all BI learning areas and partner with the team to transform our data to a big data and machine architecture.

Grads have the opportunity to develop their skills in data analytics, data engineering and machine learning by working on projects to build metrics, dashboard tools and models. Upon completing 12 months, grads have the option to “go and see” a frontline area of the operations to gain leadership experience and knowledge of that area to apply when back in their BI role.
