Graduate leadership programs

Network and Technology Services
Bell invests billions in the world’s latest technologies, and being a part of the Network and Technology Services team gives you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge global platforms – sometimes months, if not years, before commercial launch.
Customer Operations
New grads in this program have the opportunity to work with the hottest technologies, marketing techniques, and big data to drive change that will move the business forward. There are two streams:
- Customer Experience, Marketing & Applied Technology
- AI and Data Engineering
Field Services
With nearly limitless sources of data, extensive training and a huge support system, you will have the opportunity to learn about our operations of a workforce of 12,000 people across Canada, and create business impacts using analytical, problem solving and leadership skills to help us deliver innovative services and the best customer experience. There are two streams:
- Technology Operations
- Business Intelligence
Bell Media
New grads like you have the opportunity to learn on the job in all areas of media production, including news, entertainment, radio, and sports, while gaining a better understanding of programming, digital media and marketing services.
Bell Business Markets
As a new grad, you will drive B2B solutions, develop business opportunities, further product roadmaps, collaborate across the business, and learn from industry experts. Leverage the country’s largest voice, data, and wireless network, and leading end-to-end solutions, to support the aspirations of Canadian businesses.
Finance
The Finance team delivers insightful financial information and analysis to foster forward thinking and influence decision making. There are three streams:
- Pre-Approved CPA
- Financial Management
- Finance analytics
HR
As a new grad in the Human Resources program, you will have the opportunity to work with various HR teams to support many of the Bell companies through rotations. You’ll play a critical role in building a talent advantage, driving employee effectiveness and enhancing organizational efficiencies.

Perfect for students currently completing an undergraduate or master’s degree (graduating in 2024).
Network and Technology Services
The Network and Technology Services intern program (4–18 months) is a perfect springboard to get into our award-winning Graduate Leadership Program after you complete your degree. With a focus on developing the next generation of leaders, our intern program gives you the opportunity to kick-start your career through a variety of roles.
Customer Operations
Over the course of our four-month program you will learn about Bell’s services and customer support systems by working in our contact centre. This will serve as the foundation for your work as you will have the opportunity to interact with our customers directly. You will then be placed in one of our teams to integrate in their day to day and deliver a final project. There are two streams:
- Customer Experience, Marketing and Applied Technologies
- AI and Data Engineering
Field Services
Our three-month program starts with two weeks of orientation and training so you can learn all about Bell and our operations and meet with our Executive team. BI interns receive analytical training, Hadoop, SQL and SAS. You will work in a small team on a critical project to analyze and assess opportunities to improve the customer experience. You will also work individually on an operational or data analytics assignment.
Finance
Our program starts with an orientation event to get to know Bell, the team and the internship program plan. Over the course of our four-month program, you will enhance your accounting, finance and data analytics skills through role immersion in Accounting and Finance, or Data and Analytics, development sessions, community involvement, mentorship and networking, and case competition.
Bell Business Markets
As a Summer Intern in Bell Business Markets, you will learn how the work we do enables the workforce of the future, and helps businesses transform and grow. Over the course of the summer, you will have the opportunity to drive B2B solutions, develop business opportunities, collaborate across the business, and learn from industry experts. Leverage the country’s largest voice, data, and wireless network, and leading end-to-end solutions, to support the aspirations of Canadian businesses.
