The Shell Graduate Program is an individual, tailor-made development plan, which supports your growth and progression in a way that suits you best. To be considered for a full-time graduate opportunity you must:

1. Apply for a Shell Recruitment Day

2. Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Landed Immigrant or other relevant Work Permit or Visa)

3. Be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, and

4. Be in your final year of study or have less than three years of relative work experience
