Capital Markets Technology Graduate Program

This 15-month program consists of programming, design and technical architectural roles. Upon completion of this program, you will continue to build your career at RBC in an area where your interests, skills and capabilities will be utilized for maximum impact.

Capital Markets Operations Analyst Program

As an Operations Analyst in this innovative program at RBC Capital Markets, you will rotate through four six-month assignments. The first year will provide you with an understanding of how the business works, while the second year will provide you with the opportunity to be involve in various projects and head-office functions.

Global Investment Banking

RBC Capital Markets' Global Investment Banking Division helps clients finance their ongoing operations, strategic acquisitions, expansions and other critical projects.

As a Global Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, you will work on a range of transactions and business development activities across a variety of product and industry groups. You will build a strong foundation in financial problem solving, negotiation, and execution.

Global Markets Program

In this program, you will help develop ideas and market insights, trading services, analytics and new products that will help clients maximize their market performance across a spectrum of asset classes. You will work alongside a wide range of clients, from the world's central banks and government agencies to international and local corporations, as well as institutional investors and hedge funds.

Chartered Accountant Training Program

Our established CA training program aims to identify and develop high performing individuals like you. This 3-year program consists of 3 rotations of 12 months each. These pre-arranged rotations will allow you to pivot from Internal Audit to Finance and back again to Internal Audit.

We begin the recruitment for this program in September of each year and target students entering their final year of study. Interviews begin by the end of the month and hiring selections and decisions are made by the end of October.

Retail Banking Business Analyst Program

In this program, you will begin your career in one of our core product or functional areas. Assignments may entail opportunities such as developing strategy, managing a project from start to finish or conducting research and analysis. You will be part of the team from your first day and will provide insight and recommendations on how RBC should compete in the market.

Client Service Representative

This is a highly visible customer service oriented position within RBC branches and communities where we do business. You'll put clients first by meeting, greeting and getting to know them – processing a variety of financial transactions and staying abreast of their emerging financial needs. You will also respond to customers by offering value-added advice, spotting opportunities and taking personal responsibility for the resolution of their concerns.

Commercial Account Manager Training Program

RBC's Commercial Account Manager Training Program is a blended learning format consisting of self-study, on-line learning, classroom learning, group study and case work, all of which is brought to life with on-the-job training with your Mentor. The comprehensive 9-month Training Program will compliment your sales abilities, relationship building talents and business acumen and prepare you for an exciting career in Commercial Banking.
