Logistics/Warehouse Administrator
*Our client is seeking an EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE in SE Calgary – Permanent Position.*
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role is responsible to provide customer service support to operations and act as the liaison between the customer and warehouse operations.
*RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded, schedule outbound/inbound carrier appointments
* Experienced in WMS ensuring facility operates efficiently and meets required objectives
* Coordinate with warehouse operations to accommodate delivery of customer rush orders
* Manually input and adjust inventory status in WMS for special orders such as donations, etc.
* Report customer feedback to management
* Perform all administrative functions such as filing, BOL scanning, purchase order creation, etc.
* Respond to emails in timely manner with solutions-oriented content
* Perform/complete required operations and functions in WMS
*EXPERIENCE: *
* Two years’ experience working in a customer service role with intermediate to senior experience in WMS
* Previous experience in a logistics environment is preferred
*SKILLS REQUIRED: *
* Strong verbal/written communication skills, experienced in WMS system, preferably Red Prairie WMS
* Basic Excel, Word and Email, able to understand data from WMS and Excel reporting
* Able to make sound independent decisions & escalate any non-routine decisions to management
* Strong attention to detail/accuracy, able to prioritize/multi-task
* Able to adapt to change & easily adopt new methods/practices
*Shift: *
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
*Pay Rate: *
* $20.00 per hour.
