As a Xerox Agent Sales Representative, your role will be an Account Manager, and you will market the full line of Xerox products and services in a defined territory of your current Xerox customers and non-customers alike. You will be concerned with the short term sales activity within your accounts as well as developing and implementing a longer term strategy and solution approach to ensure continual retention and growth of your top customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets for new business sales and renewals
- Market full-line of Xerox products, services and supplies in your territory
- Provide existing account coverage and development of new accounts
- Develop appropriate strategies (short & long term) to address the business needs and requirements of your customers and non-customers
- Meet Xerox Canada's Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving customer issues
- Establishment and building of account relationships with key decision makers in all the various departments of your accounts
- Identify, engage and co-ordinate necessary Xerox resources to support you in your account(s)
If you're up for the challenge, here's what we need:
- Completed degree or diploma from a University or College
- Your previous sales experience (e.g. business to business, inside sales, retail sales or telemarketing, hospitality)
- Your entrepreneurial background (e.g. operating a small business while attending university/college)
- Your goal-orientation to achieve targets, your self-motivation, your persistence and your determination
- Meet Xerox Canada's Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving customer issues
- Your strong verbal communication skills, your comfort making cold calls and setting up appointments
- Your ability to learn new technology
