
Student Placement Program
Our co-op and internship program at TJX Canada strives to enrich the student experience beyond daily job responsibilities. We provide opportunities in building business acumen, skill development and growth in a fun and safe working environment for the future leaders of tomorrow.
Throughout their work term, students also have the opportunity to organize and participate in student socials and act as community leaders by getting involved in various charities and green initiatives.

When can you apply?
Any current students attending college or university who will be returning to school at the end of their work term are eligible to apply.

Student Legacy

Our Fall 2016 Co-ops led an initiative to adopt a park in the community to support green space and act as a community leader and neighbor.

Our Co-ops from Spring 2016 created a business proposal to adopt an African Lion at the Toronto Zoo. The adoption will assist in conservation work and education about the animal.

Our TJXC Charity Committee frequently partners with our co-ops to organize bake sales, ping-pong tournaments and raffles to raise money for causes we believe in.
Winter 2017 term IT co-ops created a video as part of their final co-op presentation to showcase their overall work experience at TJX Canada.
