Assessment
TSH has a team of Human Resource Professionals who will review your application and assess your skills, knowledge and experience to the position to which you applied. We will also review your qualifications to other opportunities.
Step 3:
Short-listing
Qualified applicants may be short-listed for a telephone interview conducted by a Human Resources Professional.
Step 4:
In-person interview
An in-person interview is our opportunity to learn more about you and your qualifications. It is your opportunity to learn more about TSH, the position and what we have to offer.
Step 5:
Reference check
TSH conducts a thorough reference check. Each candidate who reaches this step will be asked to provide three references.
Step 6:
Decisions
As a successful candidate, you will have an employment offer extended in a written offer letter. You will also receive a welcome package including a comprehensive overview of our benefits and services we provide to all TSH employees.
