About the Opportunity:

To ensure client reports are delivered in an accurate and timely manner, which consists of weekly maintenance of reports, thorough validation prior to production release, and issue remediation if required.

Report Maintenance:

  • Weekly extraction of data
  • Data entry for client
  • Driving and participating in quality assurance measures to ensure data is accurate
  • Flyer image maintenance and validation
  • Custom hierarchy management for multiple clients

Report Production Jobs:

  • Ensure client reports are delivered according to regular schedules
  • Updates/amendments to reports as necessary
  • Ensure reports are publishing to production as per expectations

Ad Hoc Work:

  • Review existing processes and recommend areas for improvement
  • Participate in refining business processes
