Community Action For Employees (CAFE) Program
Employees are encouraged to volunteer during normal work hours for up to 52 hours per fiscal year (without losing any wages) with non-profit organizations of their choice.
Dollars For Doers
Through this program, Keurig Canada makes a monetary contribution to a registered charity for which an employee has volunteered at least 25 hours.
Employee Community Grantmaking Program
Teams of employees are organized across the country and entrusted with the responsibility of allocating grants to organizations and projects that address specific issues aligned with Water Stewardship and Sustainable Food Systems.
Employee Donation Match Program
Keurig Canada will match each of its employees' charitable donations to registered charities for a value of up to $1,000 per fiscal year.
Employee Sponsorship Program
We support employees who participate in fundraising events for registered charities that provide direct benefits to our communities. * These employee programs are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Employee Trip To Source
We sponsor trips for selected employees to coffee-origin countries such as Nicaragua, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Colombia. Participants become immersed in the lifestyle and culture of our supply-chain partners and learn more about coffee growing, from tree to cup.
