IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan: Employees may purchase IBM Corporation stock at a 5% discount from the market price on the date of purchase each pay period. Stock is purchased through convenient payroll deductions, to a maximum of 10% of an employee's salary.
Vacation and holidays
Immediately upon joining IBM, you will receive three weeks of paid vacation, this is pro-rated based on your start date. After 10 years of service this will be increased to 4 weeks, and to five weeks after 20 years. We also observe 12 holidays each year.
Business travel insurance
The Business Travel Insurance plan provides coverage if you are faced with a medical emergency while on business travel outside of the province where you live.
