Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description

Program Control Services professionals design and implements control-related activities to manage risks across a program (or group of interrelated projects) and to improve the likelihood that program goals are met.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.
Receives
 detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
Decisions impact own work.
Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a 
predetermined, focused scope of work.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Program Control Services and project management related activities
  • Experience in Financial Forecasting and Analysis, Invoicing, Budgeting, Reconciliation, Pricing preferred
  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment 
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment 
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
