The CPA Certification Program prepares you for a high-performance career as one of Canada's most respected and trusted professionals.
Depending on the subject area coverage of your post-secondary studies, you will begin your studies in one of two programs:
The CPA Prerequisite Education Program (CPA PREP)
If you have an undergraduate degree in a discipline other than accounting, the CPA Prerequisite Education Program (CPA PREP) will fulfill the academic prerequisites you will need to enrol in the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). CPA PREP is a condensed, accelerated bridging program that blends self-study, online and classroom learning. It is delivered on a part-time basis so that you can have the flexibility to work while you study.
The CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP)
The CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP) is a two-year, part-time graduate-level program that will prepare you to meet the needs of industry, government and public practice. There is no examination to enter CPA PEP. The program culminates in a final examination that will evaluate you on several competencies.
